They are Captain Amerikid, Thunderson, Iron Ace, Big Boy, Wisp and Hawkey.
Created by villian Mojo, the X-Babies were clones of the X-Men.
However, after many X-Babies escaped, Mojo tried cloning the member of the Avengers, thus creating the Mitey ‘Vengers! (Who also rebelled and defeated him, btw).

Thor, Iron Man, the Hulk, Ant-Man and the Wasp, the original Avengers.
Ant-Man soon becomes Giant Man, and the Hulk leaves the team, while Captain America joins right in the begining.
But these are the original Avengers.
